How It Works

Your journey from grain to glass in six unforgettable steps

Beer Theory Class

Day 1 starts at 9 a.m.

Start your journey with an engaging introduction to beer brewing. Learn about ingredients, fermentation, flavour profiles, and the craft behind great beer.

Hands-On Brewing

Roll up your sleeves and brew your own beer under expert guidance. Work with professional equipment and quality ingredients.

Quiz & Games

Design your own custom beer label, review quiz answers together, and enjoy access to darts and table games. A dynamic way to learn, collaborate, and add a playful edge to the brewing experience.

Lunch & Tasting

Day 1 during lunch time

Enjoy a delicious lunch while learning about beer styles. Participate in a guided tasting of different craft beers with two dedicated tastings: "Taste the mysterious ingredient" & "recognise the famous beer" challenge.

Fermentation

2/3 weeks

After your visit, your beer enters fermentation in our dedicated room. A few weeks' journey where flavour and character develop. While you’re away, the beer becomes truly yours.

Bottling Session

2h Follow-up Visit

Return in a few weeks for your bottling session. Take home ~45 litres (~140 bottles) of your perfectly fermented craft beer to share and enjoy.
